Zeroing Out Inventory for SKUs
This feature allows you to reset inventory quantities to zero for one or multiple SKUs using a bulk upload process.
Step 1: Select SKU(s)
Identify the SKU(s) you want to zero out in inventory.
Example SKU ISF026V8E-C-244T-AC5-1-XS
Step 2: Navigate to the Tool
Go to:
Utilities → Clearout SKUs via Copy/Paste from Excel
Step 3: Prepare Your SKU List
- Enter the SKUs you want to update.
- Use a simple format:
- One SKU per line or multiple SKUS
- No additional columns or headers required
Step 4: Copy and Paste
- Copy the full SKU list from Excel
- Paste it into the input field in the tool
Step 5: Test Before Committing (Recommended)
- Leave “Do you want to commit these inventory adjustments?” set to No
- Click Upload
- This will validate the SKUs without making any changes
Step 6: Commit the Changes
- Once validated, Click BACK to get to toggle “Do you want to commit these inventory adjustments?” to Yes
- Click Upload again to apply the inventory reset
⚠️ Important:
Setting the commit option to Yes will permanently zero out inventory for the selected SKUs.
