Creating a New Order Term in Blastramp
To configure a specific Order Term for receiving orders in Blastramp, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to Order Terms
- Go to Advanced > Administration > Order Terms.
- Click NEW to create a new order term.
Step 2: Configure the Order Term
- In the form, enter the Name of the order term.
- ⚠️ Important: The Name must match the incoming order term exactly, including capitalization, spacing, and punctuation.
Step 3: Map to a Master Profile (Optional)
- If you want orders with this term to be directed to a specific account:
- Click on the Master Profile dropdown.
- Select the desired account/profile.
🔍 Note: The account must be created beforehand in order to appear in the dropdown list.
Step 4: Save
- Click Save to complete the process.
Your new Order Term is now ready to receive and correctly route incoming orders.
