1. Click on Advanced
2. Click on Administration - manage blast ramp settings - email notfications, users, terms, etc.
3. Click on 3PL Billing Categories - manage the billing categories in blast ramp for 3PL providers
4. This list shows the 3PL Category ID and the Category Name
