HOW TO UNLOCK and EDIT CHARGES TO THE CUSTOMER ON AN ORDER
Open the Order you are wanting to unlock and edit charges on.
1. Click on Charges
2. Click on UNLOCK
3. Change the required Charge
4. Enter Reason for Editing and Click "Save"
Note: If charges cannot be edited and you see the message “The charges for this order appear on Invoice ####” at the bottom of the Charges screen, the order has already been invoiced. Once invoiced, charges are locked and cannot be modified.
