Setting up a Loop Return Customer Profile
NOTE: Before setting up Loop Return please ensure you have added a Category Code for the return to be received.
Administration > Advanced > Inventory Grade - manage the inventory grades within blast ramp (eg. first, defective, switchout, etc.)
A generic Customer account should be set up in Loop Return if you do not intend to create a new Customer profile for every Customer returning a product (Recommended practice).
Click on Customers

Click on Create a New Customer
Enter Profile Details
Complete all of the Customer profile information - e.g. [BRAND NAME} - LOOP RETURN ACCOUNT

Setting up the Blastramp Advanced Tab Credentials

Click on Integration - manage the current warehouse's integration settings

Click on Configuration

Click on Loop Return Credentials…
The following information should be entered for each applicable connection.
1) The generic customer profile
2) The country code
3) The destination warehouse ID (WHID). This setting defines the warehouse address that Loop Return will generate return labels for. See also Step 11 (Loop Return - Return Policies)

Create the URL for your Webhook
Once all of the setting above are entered, select Click for Webhook.

This URL will be required in Step 17

Returns | Loop Returns Admin
Log into your Loop Return Admin account
Click on Settings
Optional - Multiple Return Locations

Click on Developers

Creating the Webhook in Loop Return
Click on Add webhook…
Select Type
You may choose to create a return in Blastramp either when the return is originally "created" in Loop Return or when the return is "updated" (i.e. when a label is generated).

Select the Response
You are choosing to create a "Return" in Blastramp
