When the order is shipped in Blast Ramp, within 30 minutes, the order can be set to auto-release and auto-ship. See configuring your web order section.
Once the order is shipped, Blast Ramp will send the shipping confirmation to Shopify. And through Shopify, it will email the customer their order is on the way within 30 minutes of the order being marked as Shipped in Blast Ramp.
This automated function can be turned off. Please contact help@blastramp.com for this request.
