Changing the Season or Linelist Name in Blastramp

You can change the Season or Linelist name in Blast Ramp. The process depends on whether or not you are changing the Season Code.

Scenario 1: Changing the Linelist or Season Name (Code Stays the Same)

If you are not changing the Season Code, follow these steps:

1. Go to Linelist/Season Setup.

2. Delete the existing linelist entry.

3. Re-add the linelist using the same Season Code, but update the name as needed.

✅ The Season Code must remain unchanged for this method.

Scenario 2: Changing the Season Code (and Name)

If you are changing the Season Code, complete the following steps in order:

1. Update the Season Code on all relevant SKUs:

   • Use Inventory > Mass Edit, or

   • Use the Upload Tool to update the Season Code on the SKUs.

2. Go to Linelist/Season Setup:

   • Delete the original linelist entry.

   • Re-add the linelist with the new Season Code and updated name.

⚠️ The Season Code on the linelist must match the one assigned to the SKUs exactly.
