At the moment, it is not possible to apply a discount directly within the system.

To reflect a discount, we recommend the following steps:

Adjust the item price to reflect the discounted amount.
Add a note at the bottom of the order or invoice indicating that a discount was applied.

This ensures the discount is clearly communicated, even though it's not applied through a dedicated discount field.
