The system will not allow you to delete any customer without merging/transferring historical orders and returns. Unless the customer you are wishing to delete has no historical order, or it is a duplicate of another customer, do not delete.
- Select Customer Tab
- Select the Customer you wish to delete
- Click Delete account
- Under Merge Orders/Returns, select the account you want to merge to.
- Click Merge
Merging Customers will also carry over any previous order/transaction history from the merged account and into the primary account.
