Missing order from Release to DC screen.

Three things to check:

Set Limit Data Days, Current Region or Current Season

Limit Data to see if the date listed is big enough for the range of the orders you created to be listed. For example, if the order date is Jan 2015 and today's date is June 2015, the Limit Data to is "90" days. Since the order is older than 90 days, the order will not be displayed. 



Next, check Current Region and Current Season 

Go to Orders tab > Orders Main. Check that the selected includes the order you are looking for. 


If unsure what Season or Region the order is in, select ALL.

IMPORTANT: Beware that this will increase load time and may cause a session time-out or error message.
