The Adjust Inventory feature allows Users with Warehouse Full Access to add or remove products from inventory.
Accessing the Adjust Inventory Feature

Navigate to Inventory > Adjust Inventory.

Select the SKU from the inventory dropdown or type it into the lookup bar.

Optionally, change the Category ID using the dropdown menu.

Click Load to proceed.
Adjusting Inventory
Once the inventory details are loaded, the following fields will be displayed:

SKU: The product identifier.

Description: A brief product description.

On Hand Quantity: The current stock quantity.

Location: The current storage location.
Modifying Inventory

Actual Quantity: Enter the new quantity to update the inventory.

Location (Editable): If the product has been moved, update the new location.

Reason Code (Optional): If the warehouse tracks adjustments via codes, select the appropriate reason.

Reason for Adjustment (Mandatory): Provide a reason for the inventory change.
Submitting Changes
Once all necessary fields are completed, click Submit to finalize the adjustment.

Placing Inventory on Hold
Inventory may be placed on hold to prevent changes through the "Mass Edit" function. To enable or disable this, use the checkbox labeled “Add/Remove from on Hold Inventory.”
Viewing Inventory Adjustments
All inventory adjustments are logged and can be reviewed by selecting the “View Latest Inventory Adjustments” link.

Up to 8,000 adjustments can be sorted by date.
